An International MNC and a leader in a premium consumer product line is expanding and is looking for a Demand & Supply Planning Manager to support their China Business. The incumbent will drive regional S&OP and demand efficiency for the regional demand plans across China with consolidation to ensure optimal company supply chain performance in the region. This role will also drive sales and operations planning processes in a period of transformation making this a unique and challenging role that will fast-track your supply chain career driving business activity and processes. This position is based in Shanghai and reports directly to the Head of Supply Chain. The successful applicant should be confident in fulfilling the following responsibilities Developing key internal relationships with pivotal commercial and sales stakeholders to collate key sales data that will drive the end to end supply chain. Assessing business performance across China and using the data to drive supply chain and operations plans. Developing processes for the collation of key data that will optimise the business supply chain. Using available data to challenge key stakeholders on business performance through gaining and understanding of all the functions for the end to end supply chain. Taking on additional exposure within inventory management and distribution in certain markets. Working directly with the Head of Supply Chain to identify and drive supply chain improvement projects. Use your knowledge of supply and demand planning best practice to contribute to the supply chain transformation. To create an efficient Demand Planning template that is consistent for all markets and applicable to all stakeholders.

At least 10 years of demand and supply planning experience and possess strong background working in the high volume fast paced FMCG industry Strong data collation and analysis skills to build robust demand plans SAP experience will enable you to perform well in this position Leadership and people management skills Customer Service and Logistic experience would be a bonus Fluent in English and Mandarin (written/spoken) Knowledge of S&OP This is a great role for a seasoned Demand and Supply Planner looking to progress its career into a managerial role with an opportunity to take on additional responsibilities in managing the operations(Demand & supply planning, manufacturing and Customer service & logistic)
