What information is required to register a Mexican company?

1. Proposed use of company registration English name (2 or more)

2. At least one director is required

3. At least two shareholders are required

4. Copy of identification documents for directors and shareholders (ID card or passport)

5. Copy of proof of address for directors and shareholders (any bills related to water, electricity, coal, direct telephone, bank card, credit card within the past three months)

6. If the shareholder is a company, a copy of the company's business license must be provided

7. Share distribution ratio

8. Nature of registered company: Sociedad de Responsibidad Limitada, S.de R.L, unlimited liability company, other forms

9. The minimum registered share capital for a Mexican company is 50000 Mexican pesos
