Summary
I am a talented British property sales professional with extensive experience with international clients. I am looking to relocate and start a new venture.
Work experience
New Homes Regional Sales Advisor
Avant Homes-Keighley
2023.10-Current(a year)
I am responsible for managing the sales of a housing development of 124 plots, including a range of
different house types.
I have individually and successfully transformed what was an exceptionally challenging site with 0 sales
to the most successful site in the region at 35 sales over a period of 8 months. This works out to be one
sale per week. My target is currently one sale per month.
In addition to having exceeded quarterly and annual targets, I have also been the leader over two
consecutive months in 5 star reviews.
The key roles and responsibilities include;
Ensure my knowledge of the site is maximised. I know the development layout in thorough detail. This
enables me to overcome objections and confidently recommend suitable new homes when prospecting.
In terms of prospecting, I have a database of around 300 leads. I monitor and make calls on a daily basis
and organise the database by setting leads into categories to determine their level of interest.
I demonstrate an ability to create strong relationships with all customers which I believe is the main
factor in what ultimately drives the sales and my successes.
Alongside creating relationships, I carefully pitch sales schemes where appropriate to secure business,
and negotiate incentives.
I follow code and policy; it’s imperative for me to ensure that customers are reserving with a full
understanding of what they are buying and of the process, by taking time to clearly and concisely go
through technical plans on reservation. I have had thorough training on the NHQC and base my service
around their guidelines.
I monitor competition in the area; create weekly reports based on activity/sales and recommend
marketing strategies to keep interest levels high. I report back to Group who then implement marketing
changes.
I work collectively with the site team and hold weekly meetings with the site manager.
It’s a priority that I maintain fluid communication with the site team in order to provide customs the a
seamless journey from the first viewing to long after they’ve moved in.

instructions, monitor competition in the local area and develop prospecting strategies alongside this.
It is my responsibility to monitor mother team’s progress on KPIs; identify areas that need improvement,

On a daily basis I would allocate daily front desk tasks to team members, and oversee productivity
throughout the day.
I’m responsible for various other jobs including staff wages, ordering office supplies, recruitment, and
ensuring the office is on target in terms of business earnings and predictions.
I am responsible for 30% of the branch’s sales progression pipeline and ensuring these are brought to
exchange, as well as vendor contacts.
I also conduct viewings once a week and negotiate on offers between buyers and sellers.

interested in properties that were listed, with the aim of bringing more to market and selling properties.
