1. Provide Level1&Level 1.5 IT helpdesk support and IT order management support for BASF internal employees and external contractors via phone, email and chat channel. 2. Receiving, logging, managing, escalating and resolving incident, request, IMAC and problem. 3. Remote support and troubleshooting wide range of application and services, such as Windows, Active Directory, Microsoft Office, Outlook, VPN, antivirus, printer, telephony, smartphone, tablet, laptop, desktop, IT access and asset, smartcard, network and software or hardware deployment. 4. Involved in knowledge base creation and management. 5. Participating in Advisory Meeting, Consultation, Clarification and TTT Session with client and vendor across the globe in weekly basis. 6. End to end training involvement of fast-paced policy change from the client to all headcount on the site in biweekly basis. This includes analyzing incoming change, creating learning material, conduct TTT session, managing questions and clarification, managing post launch calibration and running regular knowledge check. 7. Deliver all type of training (new hire, policy and process update, upskilling, refresher and targeted training) to all type of audiences in the site (including Managers, Team Leaders, Trainers, Policy Experts, Market SMEs, QAs and COSs).
