1. Provide Level1&Level 1.5 IT helpdesk support and IT order management support for BASF internal employees and external contractors via phone, email and chat channel. 2. Receiving, logging, managing, escalating and resolving incident, request, IMAC and problem. 3. Remote support and troubleshooting wide range of application and services, such as Windows, Active Directory, Microsoft Office, Outlook, VPN, antivirus, printer, telephony, smartphone, tablet, laptop, desktop, IT access and asset, smartcard, network and software or hardware deployment. 4.
