My journey in education began at Windhoek High School, where I excelled academically and demonstrated leadership as a top performer in mathematics and Biology. This foundation led me to pursue further studies at Huazhong University of Science and Technology, where I graduated with an MBBS degree and honed my teaching skills through various roles, including teaching English to students with little to no background in the language. During my tenure at the HUST English Learning Programme, I facilitated classes in Oral English and Academic writing, employing innovative teaching methodologies tailored to diverse learning needs. My approach emphasizes visual, auditory, and tactile learning techniques, ensuring comprehensive student engagement and development. Beyond the classroom, I am known for my adaptability, creativity , and strong interpersonal skills, which have been instrumental in creating a supportive and motivating learning environment. I am fluent in Mandarin, further enhancing my ability to connect with students from different linguistic backgrounds. Despite the popular demand for teachers from native English-speaking countries, English is the official language of Namibia, spoken daily by 90% of the population . The medium of instruction in Namibian schools adheres to British educational standards. My CV includes supporting documents from Cambridge Local Examination Syndicates, attesting to my pseudo-native proficiency in English. Additionally , I have completed a 120-hour TEFL training program, equipping me with essential teaching tools.
