In my time as General Manager of the Shenzhen office, I managed a team of 10 and oversaw program, project, marketing, HR and financial management for a British company which operates in China, sourcing and managing work placements and international academic programs.

During my time as a Program Coordinator, I was responsible for managing a group of international students on the ground and creating language, cultural, professional programs to supplant their work placements in Shenzhen.

My work during that year involved building our network of host companies, creating more external relations in China and regionally, drafting and creating marketing materials and standardising our business development marketing over three China offices
