During my Nephro Rotation i learned to pass double Lumen Catherters in kidney pts,Assit CKD,ESRD, Nephrotic, Nephritic Syndromes, Multiple Myeloma, RTN, GN etc Mx from OPD to supervision of my seniors i mastered control of DM, HTN, FOL and Anemia Mx in dialysis pt

In my ENT rotation i learned various procedures including FB( wax, insects, Pearls,Peanuts,Corn,Chickpeas,Clay,dough,cotton-buds) removal from ears & nose, Tracheostomy Tube Changing Suctioning & care,Ear Toileting, Ear Suctioning, Nasal Packings etc. I practiced Mx of various ENT diseases including Allergic Rhinitis,DNS,Epistaxis,Otomycosis,AOM,CSOM,Meniere's Disease,BPPV,ACute & Chronic Pharyngitis and Tonsillitis, Ludwig's Angina etc

In my Sx rotation i did MTDS learned surgical procedures like suturing continuous, interrupted, buried mattress) sebaceous cyst, Lipomas,ingrown nails removal,Circumcsion Diabetic wound debridement,amputation,dressing techniques etc.i also learned OPD Mx of Cholelithiasis,Fibroadenomas,Epidydmorchitis,Renal Colic,RTA, Diabetic foot Mx etc.I assisted multiple surgeries like Appendectomy. cholecystectomyLaparotomynyroldectomy.Hernioplastyetc In my med rotation ilearned General OPD & Emergency Mx of CVS,Hepatobiliary,Pulmonary, GI,Renal CVS, CNS disorders. Ilearned all necessary procedures including Sampling Passing IS,NG Tube, ETT intubation, Gastric lavage, Diagnostic and Therapeutic Ascitic & Pledural tap, BLS,ACLS.Developec effective improvement plans in alignment with goals and specifications

During my internship in University Affiliated Hospital i attended all necessary departments for graduation including Med(8wk),Surgery (8Wk),Gyn-Obs(8Wk),CM(6Wk),Ortho(4Wk),Paeds(4Wk),ENT(4Wk),Ophth(4Wk), Emergency Med (4Wk),Radio (2Wk) Supported senior physician during rounds by taking notes,updating records, and facilitating communication between team members.
