• Conduct research to support and participate in the development of innovative content in the field of education as “The gaps in the professional development of teachers in Azerbaijan”; • Provide suggestions on the continuous development of processes within the Department of Innovations in Education and provided support in finding innovative solutions to educational problems; Work on educational projects such as “Support to the Ministry of Science and Education in Further Development of NQF Level 5 Qualifications and Strengthening the Resilience of the Education System in Azerbaijan” to enhance the quality of the education system in Azerbaijan. • Provide feedback on educational documents to enhance their quality; • Contributed to the establishment of the International Language Centre at Karabakh University.

• Delivered the course “Inclusive Education in Primary Schools” to fourth-year bachelor’s students; • Designed and delivered lectures on diverse learning needs, inclusive assessment strategies, diferentiated instruction, bullying as a social construct, and other key topics; • Conducted assessments including monthly evaluations and a final examination to measure students’ understanding and progress in inclusive education concepts;

• Instructed Math and English classes for Grade 1 students in Pre-Landau courses, utilizing interactive teaching methods to foster a strong foundation in these subjects; • Taught "Global Perspective," "Reading," and "Handwriting" to Grade 1 students, incorporating diverse resources and activities to enhance learning and engagement; • Maintained detailed logs and provided continuous feedback to parents about their students’ activities and progress, ensuring clear communication and support for each child's development.

• Maintained meticulous records through regular observations of Grade 2 students under the International Baccalaureate (IB) framework; • Collaborated with the supervisor to provide insights into the effective organization of IB classes, ensuring alignment with the principles and standards of the IB educational model.

• Guided students in preparing for English language exams for university admissions, achieving an 80% success rate; • Contributed to the organization's mission of promoting education and empowerment among underprivileged communities.
