Administered quizzes, and tests. Conducted group reading and grammar activities. Encouraged a positive learning environment.

Accomplishments: Developed and executed a 6-month English rigorous preparatory language program for over 50 university students. Created lesson plans for each weekly lecture. Provided one-on-one assistance to students after class. Motivate students to increase their passion for learning English. Set the topics for each class and guide the students to practice effectively.

Accomplishments: Collaborated with the management to identify the company's training needs. Created a supportive learning environment which helped the students to meet their learning goals. Set tasks which challenge students and ensure a high level of interest from them. The lessons were mainly based on spoken communication but also dealt with more formal aspects of the language (lexis/vocabulary and grammar) related to the student’s workplace.
