I was transferred to another department, where I assumed the role of an Authorizer. In this capacity, I was responsible for approving repairs and replacements of home appliances and systems. My duties included validating vendors' diagnoses and making informed decisions based on clients' plan agreements.

As a Frontliner, I understood that customers are the lifeblood of our business. Without them, we wouldn't be able to operate. This realization taught me to always prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to provide excellent service.
