• Overseeing and coordinating the day to day running of projects • Involved in the development, updating and monitoring of business and action plans • Establish and meet aggressive timelines for project readiness completion • Provide customers with regular communications including progress updates issue resolution • Processes orders and fulfills customer needs and requirements • To update customer with current work status and expected completion and bill dates. • Establish a working relationship with our customers by communicating via e-mail or telephone with customer or company employees. • Controlling money collection process to ensure on time payment of submitted invoices
