Job Description : The job mainly included developing new clients, maintaining regular customers, achieving sales
performance, collecting market information, participating in live-streaming and exhibitions, etc.:
1. Developing New Clients: Mibet is a company providing solar mounting system, and I was responsible for developing new
clients in the oversea market. With an understanding of the client’s requirements, I offered optimal PV mounting solutions by
explaining and demonstrating product functions and effects. Then, followed up project process and promoted orders.
2. Maintaining Regular Customers: maintained relationships with regular customers, such as greeting and delivering gifts on
holidays. Followed up on regular customers by asking for operations of orders and providing after-sales serves. Referring to
past orders, provided customers with the best solutions for new inquiries by overall consideration of budget and timelines.
3. Achieving Sales Performance: according to the company's annual sales strategy, combined with the department team’s
sales tasks, I completed my personal sales tasks and made a contribution to the development of the company.
4. Collecting Market Information: collected PV market information from regular customers, including information on
competitors. Promptly tracked market trends to provide data support for the company's sales strategy planning.
5. Participating in Live-streaming and Exhibitions: during the epidemic, I served as the host in the company's live-streaming
room, explaining the products and displaying the various components of the PV mounting system. By answering customers'
questions online and promoting orders, the purchase amount increased obviously. After the epidemic, I participated in the
photovoltaic industry exhibition in Rimini City, Italy. I communicated with customers face to face about needs and solutions,
collected contacts, and followed up afterward.
6. Social Platform Development: searched for potential customers through social networking platforms, such as LinkedIn and
Facebook. Contacted potential customers and interested dealers or agents, and conducted targeted market development.
