As a Senior Technical Advisor at Management Sciences for Health (MSH), I apply my 14 years of experience as a public health professional to improve the quality and accessibility of essential medicines and pharmaceutical services in Bangladesh and beyond. I have two Master degrees in Public Health and Pharmaceutical Science and possess multiple certifications in Good Pharmacy Practices, Global Pharmaceutical Regulatory Affairs, and a Registered Pharmacist. My core competencies include health systems management, market access, pharmaceutical regulatory affairs, Good Pharmacy Practices, Antimicrobial Resistance, and Pharmaceutical Regulatory Management Information System. I provide technical assistance to the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, the Directorate General of Drug Administration (DGDA), and the Pharmacy Council of Bangladesh (PCB) to strengthen their regulatory capacity and upgrade the maturity level of WHO Global Benchmarking Tool. I also lead the development and implementation of automated drug licensing and renewal systems (ADLRS) and the automation of the Pharmacy Council of Bangladesh. My mission is to inspire and empower others in my team and in the health sector to deliver better health outcomes for the people we serve.
