I served as design leader of the HQ website team with 10 subordinates, reporting directly to the CMO of the marketing department and website business leader. Delivered flagship products web-page launch, mock-up design and creative development, production of digital assets, supervised information security, and maintained guidelines for team activities. Provided creative direction to agencies and regions and evaluated production costs, with responsibility for team goals setting and progress tracking. I motivated my subordinates and ensured that the budget and hiring planning aligned with the needs of the HQ marketing department, conducting candidate interviews and organizing weekly team training and experience sharing sessions.
