 Responsible for recruiting and training the whole company: company rules and regulations: entry and exit procedures, violations of regulations, safety standards, company welfare systems, etc.  Responsible for managing the personnel files of all personnel in the company  Responsible for all administrative work (courier, restaurant, security, car dispatch, etc.)  Participate in holding company and union events: year-end parties, football matches, etc.  Arrange company leadership meetings, prepare relevant materials and reports, and complete meeting minutes  Participate in controlling, updating and editing all company policies and procedures, issuing notices  Responsible for company insurance, attendance and salary calculation  Ensure that the company complies with Vietnamese labor laws, quality certification ISO9001:2015, ISO14000:2015 or corporate social responsibility standards (workers' rights and responsibilities, labor relations, disciplinary actions, RBA guidelines, etc.)  Ensure correctness and report daily, monthly, quarterly, annual labor needs and hours worked  Responsible for finding suppliers, buying-maintaining-repairing equipment  Responsible for following up quotation-contract-payment and other related work.
