  As a Deputy General Manager of products I was responsible for the whole product procedures starting from the design sketch to the warehouse level. I had a team including designers, import and export Manager, research and investigation managers, category managers, inspection managers and a assistant. For many years I was leading this team. Our main job was to research the latest trends of the footwear by travelling all around Europe, Turkey and China, if needed bring related products from China or produce them in Turkey and then when the collection is ready, make sales meetings for the customers from all around Turkey and other countries, including the costing, then make the prototype samples and then follow the whole production process, then make sure the goods are at our warehouses before deadline and after passing inspection processes. Besides our company’s brand I was responsible for making collection, arranging costing for sales prices, and then communicating with the related people of other brands which belong to big department stores and high level chai stores in Turkey, all by myself
