Here I drive company-topping sales of athletic safety equipment and technical
solutions in the collegiate and high school markets. I have consistently met

increase.
➥ Regularly exceeded territory targets, most recently achieving 160% of goal
in 2019, 101% in 2020 during Covid, 126% in 2021, and 136% in 2022.
➥ Selected among 12 sales reps nationwide to serve on Sales Advisory
Committee exploring product improvements and strategic promotions.
➥ Served as a Regional Training Specialist for three years, imparting large-
territory skills and the nuances of the distinct consultative conversations
needed to address the coaches, boosters, superintendents, trainers, and
school attorneys involved in equipment contracts.
➥ Successfully charted $20K to $300K long-term contracts that strengthened
relationships and the opportunity to increase sticky spend with great service.
