Group project. Creation of a senior memory book with photos and memories from the last year of high school. Including photos, notes, memories, hobbies, goals, plans, accomplishments, etc in French. Engaging with other students studying french and French teacher in order to complete the book with interviews etc.

The Master’s programme Didactics of French as a Foreign Language (FLE) offers training main objective of which is the acquisition of the following competences: a) academic knowledge in didactics of FLE (theoretical approaches and current methodologies); b) professional knowledge concerning the teaching of French (practices, experience in the school environment) and c) principles of management in education. The programme therefore offers training that provides both essential tools for the analysis of teaching situations and practical tools that enable intervention in professional sectors related to the teaching process.

The French Language and Literature track allows students to develop high-level skills to communicate in French, and to study in depth French linguistics on the one hand, and the specificity of this culture on the other (philosophy, literature and arts) which has crossed the borders of France. Students in the Modern Languages track will develop advanced skills in French and/or English and/or German and study European thought and culture in depth. At the end of their studies, they will have acquired knowledge in the humanities and social sciences, political science, law and the arts, and will be able to formulate constructive criticism of the society in which they will be living.

The Department of Italian Language and Literature houses linguistic, literary, and historical approaches to Italian culture in all periods, with an emphasis on Italy's influential role in the development of the core arts, philosophies, and materials of Western culture. The undergraduate program requires intensive language training and is at its core interdisciplinary. The department routinely offers courses in a wide variety of areas and specialties, including film, philosophy, literature, history, art, architecture, and music.
