• Proactively identify, assess, and resolve on-site incidents to maintain safety standards, minimize delays, and ensure seamless project execution. • Ensure communication between prime contractor, subcontractor, surveyor and inspector. • Review drawings, check for latest revisions from design team. • Weekly meetings with the prime contractor to review the work plan and discuss revisions to the plan.

• Identify customer needs and assist customers in the use of CRM and Admin. • Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency. • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat. • Prepare daily reports on customer issues and submit them to the team leader for review and resolution.
