It is a subsidiary of Beijing Changjiu Logistics Co., Ltd. (603569). The company also provides solar lithium battery system solutions and operates major production and sales bases in Dongguan and Chuzhou, Anhui, with R&D bases in Longgang, Shenzhen, and Chang'an, Dongguan. With substantial strength and solid technical capabilities, the company’s factory has a registered capital of 10 million RMB and equipment assets worth 20 million RMB, occupying an area of 50,000 square meters. The team includes over 30 R&D engineers and technical personnel, including 2 PhDs, 2 senior engineers, and 26 senior engineers and assistant engineers. The factory has obtained ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 certifications, and its products have received CE, RoHS, UN38.3 certifications and qualifications. The power battery market is mainly distributed across Northeast China, Southwest China, and Southeast China, with shipments of 150 MWh for two-wheeled and three-wheeled vehicles. In 2021, the company processed a total of 2,500 tons of retired automotive power lithium batteries, including 1,000 tons from BYD, 800 tons from CATL, and 700 tons from Lishen and Guoxuan. In December 2021, the company successfully passed the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China’s 2021 No. 40 announcement, becoming a recognized player in the recycling industry for new energy vehicle power batteries, thus initiating a new chapter in the recycling of lithium batteries.
