World Leading Schools Association (WLSA) was established in 2011 in order to bridge cultural differences, promote further understanding among secondary schools, and improve collaboration between leading schools and institutions of higher education around the world. WLSA Shanghai Academy (WSA) was established in 2012. The mission of WSA is to empower young people to become successful leaders who make a positive impact in their communities. WSA seeks to inspire its students, under the leadership of Mr. Tony Little, the former Head Master of Eton College, to pursue their individual passions through an internationally-recognized innovative WLSA Curriculum, to meet the growing demands of international and local students in china preparing to study at top universities around the world. Over the past years, we have been successfully sending our graduates to top US universities, such as Yale, Princeton, Stanford, MIT, Dartmouth, Chicago, Northwestern, Cornell, Johns Hopkins and etc. WLSA Shanghai Academy provides two three-year programs from Grade 10 to Grade 12 (High school program). One is WLSA Sino-American Program starting from 2012 and one is WLSA A Level Program, starting from 2019. WSA also provides a program from grade 6 to grade 9, which is a co-program with Xinzhuyuan Middle School, starting from 2014.
