1. Fully responsible for school teaching work, with a focus on curriculum system planning, teaching quality supervision, and professional development of Chinese and foreign teachers; 2. Fully supervise the implementation of school curriculum and control the quality of teaching at all stages; 3. Establish and improve a teacher teaching evaluation system and a student academic evaluation system; 4. Maintain school education and teaching resources, maintain good communication and collaboration with Chinese and foreign education teams; 5. Improve the professional level of the teaching team, control the quality of teaching and research, and ensure the achievement of bilingual teaching effectiveness; 6. Actively learning and introducing cutting-edge educational and teaching achievements from both domestic and international education fields, promoting the overall improvement of school education and teaching effectiveness; 7. Responsible for the training and development of campus faculty and staff; 8. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

1. Bachelor's degree or above; 2. Positions such as principal, vice principal, academic principal, academic director, or academic director of renowned international or bilingual schools in China are preferred; 3. 5 years or more of experience in international course teaching and management (primarily A - LEVEL); 4. Good command of both Chinese and English, and familiarity with cultural differences between East and West; 5. Excellent communication and execution skills; Able to form full strength with the team, jointly implement work plans, and achieve educational goals.
