LOCATION A British School – Shunyi CampusJOB PURPOSE: Responsible for developing and implementing a strategy that ensures continual attraction, recruitment and retention of students and builds the British School Beijing’s reputation.Leading the admissions, marketing and communications functions of the British School Beijing – Shunyi Campus to ensure best in class customer serviceREPORTING TO School Principal OTHER KEY RELATIONSHIPSSchool Management Team Director of Marketing and Admissions, NA EducationPACKAGE Competitive remuneration and benefitsKEY RESULT AREA Strategic Planning Develop and evaluate the admissions and marketing strategies for the School to deliver business goals in the context of NA Education’s strategy to be the school of the choice and grow student numbers Lead the development, implementation and evaluation of the action plans to deliver the admissions and marketing strategies Assist with the development and implementation of procedures, policies and guidance for admissions, marketing and customer service activities Work with the SMT to ensure delivery of the admissions and marketing strategy consistently throughout the schoolMarketing  Plan and execute whole school marketing and communications initiatives that contribute to the overall growth and reputation of the school  Track the implementation of the marketing plan and pupil numbers and propose actions to improve pupil numbers to target levels  Ensure an appropriate range of School promotional materials are developed in line with the School’s and NA Education’s brand guidelines Work in partnership with the school to maintain best practise across the school’s digital marketing particularly in regard to content strategy, SEO and social media  Ensure company standards are achieved across marketing and admissions  Ensure an events programme for prospective and current families is developed, executed and marketed  Engage with and develop relationships with existing families to increase loyalty and brand champions Forge external links and corporate engagement by representing the school at local publicity events such as consulate functions, Brits Abroad, the British, Australian and American Chambers Build links with local businesses and organisations including Relocation Agencies.Etc.Admissions Ensure a first class, individualised admissions process from enquiry to application Ensure all members of the school community, understand and fulfil their admissions responsibilities Ensure the Admissions Team maintain high standards across the student application procedures, including school tours, assessments, visa documents, reference checks and follow up. To support the Admissions team in the engagement of parents in the school to follow up any specific requests.Customer Service Work in partnership with the whole school community to implement NA Education’s customer service standards including high levels of personal contactEtc.Competitor Analysis Work in partnership with the senior leadership team to ensure they maintain a good understanding of market dynamics for expat and ‘local’ customer markets Develop good understanding of the international schools market locally Research and Data Management Etc.
