Job responsibilities
Responsibilities: 1.Responsible for customers daily technical consulting, and provide necessary home maintenance, installation and other after-sales technical services; 2.Be responsible for receiving the daily complaints from customers and coordinate to deal with them in time. 3.Conduct the quality tracking and failure rate statistics of sales products, compile and file the relevant technical problems files; 4.Prepare and update relevant overseas training materials, provide necessary product training for overseas customers, communicate with customers on relevant technology and enhance Customer satisfaction; 5. Complete other temporary work assigned by the department.
Job requirements
Qualification: 1.Major in electronics or power related; 2.3 years UPS Power Supply, inverter on-site maintenance service experience; 3. Master the knowledge of high and low voltage power distribution and electronic circuit; 4. English proficient in listening, speaking, reading and writing; 5. good customer service awareness, strong responsibility, can adapt to short-term business travel.
