Job responsibilities

1. Actively participate in all kinds of training organized by the company to improve after-sales service ability and service quality; 2. Provide customers with after-sales service support (including on-site maintenance, debugging and replacement of accessories) in a timely and effective manner in accordance with the company's specifications and requirements; 3. Responsible for providing customers with training on operation and use, maintenance, and simple problem handling; 4. Strictly abide by and implement all kinds of safety precautions required by the company and the customer's site to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment in the service process; 5. Cooperate with the company's service work arrangement, and have the obligation to travel to other business regions/countries of the company to provide after-sales service support; 6. Have the responsibility to put forward suggestions for machine quality improvement in the after-sales service process; 7. Responsible for assisting other colleagues of the subsidiary to complete the on-site inventory of the subsidiary's spare parts warehouse; 8. Have the responsibility to put forward spare parts suggestions for the spare parts warehouse of the subsidiary in the after-sales service process; 9. Assist in completing other services arranged by the technical service department of the headquarters; 10. Provide after-sales service and technical training for customers and agents, including but not limited to equipment safety, operation, maintenance and die-casting process training.

Job requirements

1. More than three years of service work or technical support experience in injection molding machine, die-casting machine or molding industry; 2. Able to handle on-site repair and maintenance work, proficient in Vietnamese. Basic knowledge of English or Chinese is preferred; 3. Have extensive knowledge in troubleshooting and repair of compression molding machinery, covering all aspects including control, machinery.
