App Marketing Executive / App Marketing ManagerLocation: Beijing Type: Full time Department: Marketing Reporting to: Marketing Director Salary: Negotiable Company: Papayamobile Websites: papayamobile.com, appflood.comWe need a smart, self-motivated, app-loving individual looking to make their break in the world of mobile apps marketing and our fast expanding app promotion network AppFlood. With over 60 million global devices now using an app connected to the AppFlood network you’ll be tasked with helping the team to achieve its ambitious growth objectives to become one of the top app promotion networks on the planet. A passion for mobile apps and mobile gaming is a must as is an excellent command of English. Direct experience in the mobile app industry isn’t necessary (although that would be a great bonus). We do however need a minimum of 1 year in either PR, Marketing, Advertising, Mobile, Social, Digital or Media. Graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply too.Your goal will be to support the Marketing Director and the existing marketing team with a diverse range of marketing initiatives from blog writing to user guides. You'll be liaising with key managers in our Beijing office including art directors, engineers and product managers as well as marketing and sales teams from our London and San Francisco offices. You’ll be tasked with owning projects and setting objectives, creating detailed plans, implementing campaigns and and analysing results. You’ll need exceptional organization skills, attention to detail and be able to cope under a sometimes intense environment while delivering high impact work that delivers measurable results for key audiences.Your responsibilities: ● Updating and creating app developer support materials including online knowledge base and user guides. ● Quickly and deeply understand existing and upcoming products. ● Create value propositions and descriptions for new products and new product features. ● Contributing content to company blogs with aim to drive traffic from social channels and search engines. ● Creating awesome web content and building landing pages that deliver high conversion rates. ● Develop user acquisition campaigns and measure effectiveness through ROI. ● Contribute to PR, including research, content drafting and media outreach. ● Creating convincing case studies for our products. ● Polishing documents intended for english readers. ● Updating core marketing materials including PPTs, company overviews etc. ● Assist SEO efforts including keyword research and link building. ● Manage creation of online and print assets, working closely with design team.Interested? Job requirements
About you: ● Minimum 1 year working in either PR, Marketing, Advertising, Mobile, Social, Digital or Media. ● Passionate about apps, social and mobile. ● Tight command of English and able to write strong, clear content. Native level only. Chinese Mandarin would be a plus but not essential. ● Excellent powerpoint, word and excel skills. ● Self-motivated and extremely well organized. ● Some experience using a content management system (such as wordpress). HTML skills a plus. ● Good eye for design. Detail orientated. Experience with design software such as Adobe Photoshop a plus. ● You’re in beijing (or willing to move here) and will be here in the foreseeable future. ● Able to solve problems independently. You constantly use online and offline resources to improve your skill set.
