Training Description: -Join daily “Healthy Drinking” program--Body Reading Tea sessions to practice the "BRT method", experience the effect of “drinking tea exercise and drinking tea fitness” and the efficacy of the rare and precious pure vintage Puerh Tea (at least 15years) . -Join daily “Healthy Eating” program to experience how to mindful eat and identify food to improve the digestion, Management Weight and enhance mood and mental clarity. -Learn how to identify the quality of tea as well as whether the food is beneficial or harmful to health by practising BRT method. -Learn how to brew vintage pure Puerh tea and learn hold a public Body Reading Tea Session. Learn how to help others to find the way of health, fitness and relaxation and teach them how to keep a healthy living. -Join the 4 days intensive training camps holding for the international BRT trainees to practice how to be an assistant trainer or even head Daocher. -According to your own physical and mental conditions, choose intensive practice of the effect of BRT Fast, keep diary or Vlog/Blog truthfully to share the healthy improvement facts to others. -Choose other intensive training courses: Zen Tea Meditation, Chinese poetry, Chinese calligraphy, Bambo Flute (natural musicotherapy), Natural Yoga, Natural Tai Chi, Healthy Cooking, Natural Wine making etc.

-"Body Reading Tea Method" focus on mindful drinking and brewing tea to improve human health, It has nothing to do with religion or scholarship. It already benefits the global public for more than twenty years, It is easy for everyone to learn it and then serve others. Therefore, there are no restrictions on age, occupation, gender, education, social experience, language and culture, etc.  -One should be in good health conduct, have no bad habits such as smoking, drinking alcohol, and indulging in games -One should have a spirit of independent thinking, be diligent and studious, and have the selfless spirit of dedication to public welfare undertakings and serving the public. -One should help to maintenance the clean and peaceful environment of the BRT training center and do the daily media works (blog/vlog/diary). -Those who are recognized for their excellent performance can choose to practise in other BRT training branch in Dali, Zhongshan, Shenzhen，Hainan. -Those who are recognized for their contributive performance can be invited to the "World BRT Day" Celebration held on December 2nd yearly, and receive a global limited edition of 20-years-old vintage Pure Ancient Tree Puerh Tea, as an honorary collection of public welfare undertakings. -Training period: from 1 week to 1 year. (also during festival and holidays).  -All training is free of charge including all vintage Puerh Tea and Organic meals. NOT including the accommodation. (25m2 king-size single room around 25euro/night in the hotel of tourist attractive ancient town in the Qingcheng Mountain Area). All of the rare precious vintage pure Puerh Tea (which can only be seen in vintage Tea Museums or auction houses normally ) are contributed by Mr. Li Yanfeng, the founder of BRT Method.
