ASP.NET develop engineerResponsibility: Provide timely technical support on the problems and advisory service for customers on developer community platforms. Troubleshoot and tune Microsoft based cloud and mobility develop products by analyzing customer’s problems. Understand customer request for features requests and content and channel those to the product teams via partnership with the technical leads Learn advanced cloud and mobility technologies and deliver high-level training internally and externally.  Collaborate with US-based escalation team to consult and respond back to customers on highly complex issues. Requirements: At least 2 years working experience in at least one of these languages: C#, ASP.NET, PHP, Node.js  Prefer to be familiar with ASP.NET, WCF, IIS if working with C#, be familiar with OSS frameworks if working with PHP or node.js  Working knowledge of Azure or similar cloud service platforms is preferred Good at reading and writing English. Quick learning and troubleshooting skills are needed.
