Ltd.The company's main business: solar power plant project development, investment, construction, sale, financing and transportation.As the pioneer in China's photovoltaic power plant investment and construction industry, the company has rich photovoltaic project development, investment, construction, project management, operation and maintenance experience, and has an excellent team, which can meet high quality power plant standards.The company's business scope covers the development of photovoltaic power plants, investment, construction, sale, financing, operation and maintenance (all aspects), can provide photovoltaic power plants one-stop solution for customers and investors.now we're setting up a new branch in Mulhouse, Alsace, France. we're looking for an assistant manager, to work with them and develop with us.Office: Mulhouse and China (office in Mulhouse, will attend the meeting in China sometimes)Report to: General ManagerJob Responsibilities:1, responsible for the company's work plan summary, and to make the important meeting minutes;
2. draft and archive the documents issued by general manager;3, the company management system, rules and regulations, web design proposal, contract, the company's overall operation;4, responsible for the general manager's schedule, and to make appointments, arrange business travels;
5. to complete other tasks assigned by General Manager or Integrated Management Department Manager;6, to make the human resources strategy according to the company's development plans;7, to design and improve the company's human resources structure;8, to complete the company's daily recruitment tasks;9, to improve the company's performance appraisal system.Best regardsHR
Job Requirements
Requirements and Qualifications1/ be familiar with the France local laws and regulations (business administration and Human resources)2/ local French or German preferred, from other European countries but worked in France for some years also ok (such as from west or north European countries )3/ bachelor degree or above4/ at least 3 years' management experience, or administration experience5/ image not bad (will represent the company's image)6/ now in Mulhouse, France, or can move to work in Mulhouse easily
