Practical Information:
Location: Dubai/Middle East/MENA | Reports to: Director Sales - | Visa Requirements: Valid working visa for Middle East | Language Requirements: English, written and spoken | Work Arrangement: Hybrid
As our Senior Manager -Business Development, you will be a part of our highly competent Direct Sales Team. In this role, you will function as the trusted advisor for our customers regarding ARCS(Automatic Robotic Cleaning System) or any other product as advised by company from time to time. In this role, you will assume accountability for advising, developing, and managing long-lasting business relationships with new ,existing customers and partners.
Other responsibilities will include
Develop and acquire new customer relationships in chosen market segments, and assess their needs and challenges
Engage with customers on their ARCS requirement and associated services
Execute marketing campaigns to assist with sales efforts
Prioritize opportunities to achieve consistent growth in targets and prepare our customers for their journey to the ARCS
Travel to project site, client office and other places as required and advised by the company. Travel may include international travel and nearby regional travel to take care of business needs for entire MENA region.
Job requirements
Your Competencies
2+ years’ relevant experience in CRM(Customer relationship management ) and Business Development
In-depth knowledge of customers’ business environments and needs
Broad knowledge of the Renewable market, and the ability to map this to create a business impact for our company and customers
About You
Highly motivated, proactive, and solution-oriented with a constant desire to learn and develop
A team player with the ability to effectively present solutions to clients, partners and other stake holders
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
