What You’ll Do Build custom reports and dynamic dashboards to drive data-driven decisions across the business Help teams translate their core objectives into key metrics, identify data sources needed and ensure reporting is accurate and consistent across teams. Work closely with product, sales and marketing teams to push the business forward and identify opportunities – be a go-to expert on business data, answering high level questions with robust analysis. Work with leadership team to identify inefficiencies, proactively identify root causes of data issues, review operational procedures, and craft, document, and implement scalable solutions and extensible data infrastructure.

Who We're Looking For 3+ years industry experience Proficiency in advanced SQL, Python, experience with Google Analytics a plus Ability to conduct rigorous analysis and solve complex problems and willing to venture into unfamiliar territories to find a solution Good communicator and explain conclusions to both technical and non-technical audiences. Championing a data-driven mindset and providing the information and tools needed.
