1. College degree or above, fluent in both English and Mandarin, able to communicate without obstacles (need to travel abroad); 2. Own working experience of 1-3 years on BD in relevant industries (such as Internet finance, big data management , computer science and technology, etc.), and having more than 1 year's working experience in blockchain industry and digital currency (exchanges, investment funds, media or mines, etc.) is preferred; 3. Have strong market sense about finance and blockchain industry , and get the market dynamics in real time; 4. Extroverted personality, excellent interdepartmental communication skills, execution and comprehensive coordination skills, and excellent teamwork skills are preferred.
