Job responsibilities
1、母语为印尼语，熟悉印尼当地文化，中文流利加分；
2、有FPS游戏经历，喜欢香肠派对；
3、游戏社区的常客；
4、熟悉游戏本地化行情、当地用户习惯和文化差异；
5、游戏涉猎广，有多款游戏的深入体验经历，能快速锚定垂类游戏用户的需求；
6、有较强的沟通能力和执行能力，有良好的团队合作精神。
Job Requirements
1、参与游戏本地化运营，包括但不限于本地化语言翻译校对、玩法本地化调整、活动策划等；
2、连接产品和玩家，深入挖掘玩家需求，协助完成所属区域社区舆情整理；
3、管理玩家团队（包括但不限于各平台玩家版主、游戏核心意见领袖和玩家创作团等），能主动并高效地与玩家保持沟通交流，协助提升用户黏性和产出质量；
4、能独立完成Discord、Facebook group的日常运营工作，通过即时互动和话题策划，增加社群活跃度和用户黏性；
5、能够对当地热门产品社群和竞品游戏有持续性研究。
