Job responsibilities
1. Organize the development and implementation of business development plans based on the vision of the CEO's board of directors;
2. According to the business development plan, organize and promote the comprehensive operation and management of the project, including but not limited to the comprehensive management of brand, market, investment leasing, customer service, property intelligence, and other comprehensive businesses;
3. Conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the operational status and regularly submit operational reports to the CEO;
4. Continuously improve the content, service, and operational system, and strive to build the project into an international top-level building and world-class landmark;
5. Establish a strong and enterprising project team to ensure the efficient operation of the company's management system;
6. Based on the positioning of the World Chinese Business Center, do a good job in coordinating, communicating, and coordinating with the Overseas Chinese Federation, Overseas Chinese Affairs, and governments at all levels;
7. Other related tasks assigned by the President.
Job Requirements
1. Education: Bachelor's degree or above.
2. English can be used as the working language;
3. Age: 40-50 years old;
4. Have more than five years of experience in comprehensive operation and management of well-known commercial complexes (5A or above), proficient in professional knowledge and operational systems throughout the entire process of commercial, office investment, operation, and property management;
5. Possess global thinking, excellent leadership, strategic vision, advanced management concepts, strong ability to coordinate and promote, organizational and implementation abilities, rapid learning abilities, strong sense of mission and responsibility, humble and in line with CP Group's core values;
6. Good image and temperament, generous demeanor, and excellent temperament.
