Job Description: Country Manager (Germany and Spain Markets) Position Title: Country Manager Location: Germany Territory: Germany and Spain Department: International Sales Department Reporting to: International Sales Director Responsibilities: -Lead the business development in the German and Spanish markets, devising and implementing market expansion plans. -Develop and maintain local market channels, establishing and sustaining long-term customer relationships. -Oversee market research, analyze market trends, and identify and seize business opportunities. -Formulate sales strategies and marketing plans to drive product sales in the German and Spanish markets. -Manage and coordinate the sales team to ensure the achievement of sales targets. -Communicate effectively with customers and partners, providing professional product recommendations and solutions. -Monitor market dynamics, collect and report market information to support company strategic decisions. -Regularly report work progress and market conditions, achieving sales targets and business development goals.
Job requirements
Requirements: -Education: Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, International Trade, Business Management, or related fields. -Work Experience: Less than 8 years of relevant work experience, with sales experience in the German or Spanish markets preferred. -Language Skills: Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written; proficiency in Spanish is a plus. -Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the business environment and culture in Germany and Spain, with work experience in these countries preferred. -Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to interact effectively with customers, team members, and partners. -Management Skills: Outstanding team management and leadership abilities, capable of leading a team to achieve sales targets. -Execution Ability: Strong goal orientation and execution capability, able to work independently and achieve sales targets. -Professionalism: High sense of responsibility and professional ethics, able to handle work pressure. -Flexibility: Able to adapt to different working environments, willing to travel between Germany and Spain.
