Job Responsibilities Planning and Organizing: According to the company's cultural construction goals and staff needs, plan and organize all kinds of cultural activities, including but not limited to cultural performances, festivals, theme exhibitions and so on. Develop a detailed program of activities, including the theme of the event, process design, budget development. Arrange activity venues, set up the activity site, and ensure the comfort and beauty of the activity environment. Execution and monitoring: Responsible for the coordination and management of the event site to ensure that the event is carried out smoothly according to the established program. Monitor the progress of the event, adjust the program in a timely manner and deal with emergencies. Maintain good communication with event participants, collect feedback and improve the quality of the event. Resource integration and coordination: Integrate internal and external resources, including venues, equipment, personnel, etc., to provide strong support for the activities. Communicate and coordinate with other departments to ensure that the activities receive the necessary support and cooperation. Liaise with external partners to expand event resources and cooperation channels. Publicity and promotion: Formulate the event publicity program and publicize and promote the event through internal and external channels of the company. Produce event promotional materials, such as posters, flyers, videos, etc. Utilize social media and other online platforms to increase the exposure and participation of the event. Evaluation and Summarization: Evaluate the effect of the activity, collect and analyze data, and write a summary report of the activity. Based on the evaluation results, put forward suggestions for improvement and provide reference for future activities.
Job requirements
- Native Spanish speaker, fluent in English - Currently working or living in China - At least 3 years of work experience - A higher education degree in a relevant field - Responsible attitude, excellent administrative skills and a love for the performing arts and its artists from around the world. - Good presentation, communication, flexibility and interpersonal skills; highly self-motivated and proactive; confident, reliable, proactive and result-oriented; well-organized and detail-oriented. - Experience in organizing cultural events preferred. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
