Responsible for customs declaration and inspection of import and export goods, ensuring timely and compliant entry and exit of goods in Vietnam. 3. Maintain good communication with local customs, tax authorities, and other government agencies to stay updated on the latest customs policies and ensure smooth business operations. 4. Manage annual reporting to ensure the balance of the company’s import and export activities complies with customs regulations. 5. Evaluate freight forwarders/customs brokers, optimize management, reduce logistics costs, and enhance company efficiency. 6. Perform other related tasks assigned by superiors.

1. Associate degree or higher, with a major in Vietnamese language or related fields; fluent in Vietnamese and Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, writing) without barriers; understanding local customs policies and declaration requirements. 2. Familiar with EPE customs declaration operations and management of customs contract manuals (balancing raw material and finished product exports), as well as distinguishing between EPE materials and general trade materials. 3. At least 2 years of comprehensive customs experience in the LED strip light, power strip/socket manufacturing industry in Vietnam; familiar with the laws and processes of Vietnamese customs, inspection, and trade departments; having customs relationships is a plus. 4. Positive attitude, meticulous work style, strong sense of responsibility, and excellent service awareness and team spirit.
