1、Manage complex data science project that have a significant impact on Sales and marketing. 2、Based on the understanding of company' business, products and massive data, participate in the data analysis and predict different model projects of product, Sales, marketing and other scenarios 3、Identify relevant information sources and apply a variety of tools and techniques to extract relevant information, perform data analysis, create visualizations and reports, and present findings and recommendations 4、Building predictive models, statistical models, and other machine learning systems for constant analysis of data 5、Select and apply appropriate statistical, machine learning methods to highdimensional data set 6、Responsible for measuring and optimizing the quality of the algorithms 7、Communicate with Data analyst and Web developer to build up the algorithms in AI platform

1、Master or bachelor degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics or related field. 2、 5 year’s experiences in AI industry 3、Hands-on experience of using machine learning algorithms in sales and marketing. 4、Familiar with AI project management. 5、Proficient in at least one of the following language Python and R。 6、Experience in SQL server and My SQL database. 7、Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 8、Experience in marketing attribution is a big plus. 9、Fluent in English, understand Chinese is a plus.
