Job responsibilities
1. Develop and implement the Southeast Asia apparel supply chain strategy based on the group's business development strategy. Continuously assess market trends and demand changes to adjust supply chain strategies to support the company's overall business objectives. 2. Oversee the resource planning for the Southeast Asia apparel supply chain, coordinate with the group's business departments, complete supply chain deployment, and allocate customer order production tasks to control costs and ensure efficiency. 3. Build the Southeast Asia apparel supply chain management system, establish and supervise the implementation of supply chain management standards and workflows to ensure that all stages of the supply chain operate according to norms and efficiently. 4. Develop and select high-quality suppliers to join the supply chain system based on actual needs, establish and maintain good supply chain relationships, ensure smooth communication and cooperation throughout the supply chain, and enhance overall efficiency and responsiveness. 5. Identify and assess risks in the Southeast Asia apparel supply chain, develop corresponding risk management strategies to mitigate potential issues such as trust, quality, or delivery delays, and ensure the stability and reliability of the supply chain. 6. Build and train the Southeast Asia apparel supply chain team, provide necessary training and development opportunities to enhance the team's professionalism and performance.
Job requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher, with over 5 years of senior management experience in the apparel supply chain in Southeast Asia. Experience in managing large multinational teams is preferred. 2. Extensive experience in supply chain production management and quality management, with an understanding of all stages and quality standards of garment production. Experience with fabrics is a plus. 3. Familiar with supply chain management concepts and business processes, with a deep understanding of supply chain risk management. 4. Familiar with the Southeast Asian apparel market, with a rich network of suppliers and practical experience in garment export processes in Cambodia, Vietnam, and other regions. 5. Experience in building teams from scratch, with strong leadership, self-motivation, responsibility, and resilience. 6. English can be used as a working language.
