India E-commerce Manager 1.负责FK或AMZ渠道销售,进销存管理,对渠道销售经营结果负责 2.负责指定产品系列新品上市项目管理,拉通端到端各模块协同,确保上市成功 3.进行市场及用户调研分析,研究电商平台销售打法,制定策略提升销量 4.牵引跟电商平台间商务谈判,推动共识及合作达成 任职要求: 1.10年以上电商销售经验,有Amazon or Flipkart经验; 2.优秀的数据分析洞察能力,策略输出能力,有敏锐的市场嗅觉和竞争意识; 3.优秀的沟通和表达能力,优秀的商务谈判能力; 4.本科以上学历,MBA学历加分。 JD 1 D2C Ecommerce Strategy & Execution.Coordinate with headquarter e-commerce, product and sales teams. 2 Foster collaboration with internal teams and external partners. 3 Develop CRM strategies to nurture leads and increase repeat purchase rates. 4 Identify strategic partnerships to drive traffic and expand reach. 5 Focusing on driving traffic, conversion, and customer retention. 6 Data Analytics & Optimization.Budget & Resource Management. Track expenses and ensure campaigns are delivered within budget and on time. 7 Regularly monitor campaign performance.
