Job responsibilities
Develop and implement e-commerce platform operations strategies to optimize operational efficiency and sales growth. Manage and supervise the operations of departments related to the e-commerce platform, including: product management, order management, customer care, marketing,... Analyze operational data, report performance and recommend improvement solutions. Build and manage e-commerce platform operating budget. Improve user experience on e-commerce platforms. Coordinate with other departments within the company to ensure smooth operation of the e-commerce platform. Follow and update new trends in the field of e-commerce. Manage and train staff to operate e-commerce platform. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. Analyze competitors and recommend effective competitive strategies.
Job requirements
University graduate majoring in business administration, marketing, ecommerce, journalism and multimedia or related majors. Foreign language: good communication in Chinese/English. At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce platform operations, 1 year of experience in a similar position; Master the principles and techniques of operating an e-commerce platform. Experienced in team management and effective resource allocation. Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions. Have good communication, teamwork and problem solving skills. Ability to work independently and withstand high work pressure. Proficient in office software and data management software. Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics and other data analysis tools.
