Job responsibilities
1. Work content
According to the environmental changes, plan and improve the company's occupational health and safety management, environmental management and clean production, to ensure that the company's production safety, operation and environmental protection to meet the standards, reduce emissions and reduce consumption, and improve environmental and economic benefits.
2. job content:
2.1 Responsible for the EHS management of the factory; report to the general manager of the factory under the leadership of the EHS department of the group company.
2.2 Implement the EHS system and management requirements of the group company, coordinate and optimise important matters in the process of implementation.
2.3 Responsible for EHS "three simultaneous" inspection related business, supervise the implementation of "three simultaneous" system.
2.4 Support and maintain the effective operation of the plant EHS system, and continuously standardise EHS techniques and working methods.
2.5 Responsible for implementing safety and environmental protection inspections and audits, monitoring risk changes, formulating and adjusting risk control measures in a timely manner, and promoting the implementation of risk control measures.
2.6 Responsible for the management of EHS objectives, performance and evaluation, and pay attention to EHS training and culture construction.
2.7 Handle public relations with relevant government departments.
Job Requirements
Basic conditions:
1. Fluent in both Chinese and English, with priority given to those who understand the local language of the project.
2. At least 2 years of EHS related work experience in industrial enterprises, with priority given to those with experience in lithium battery production enterprises or building factories in European and American countries.
3. Have some experience in project management.
4. Proficient in basic office software such as WORD, EXCEL, PPT, CAD, and Project.
Comprehensive quality:
1. Have a sense of responsibility and a responsible attitude towards the results.
2. Possess strong cross departmental coordination skills, leadership communication skills, and adaptability.
3. Careful and conscientious in work, high intelligence, and strong ability to withstand pressure.
Skill requirements:
1. Familiar with management systems such as ISO45001 and ISO14001.
2. Familiar with risk analysis and risk management.
3. Master commonly used EHS technologies and tools.
4. Hold a registered safety engineer certificate.
