[Morning] • Interacting with children when they are playing in different corners after arriving. • Reminding children to have morning snacks. • Setting up physical activity for children’s morning exercise time • Having an English class with teaching goals • Transition time (ask children to go to washroom, drink water etc.) • Being with children during their lunch time (some children may need some help with their lunch) • Helping children during nap time • Acknowledge about children’s different developmental levels. • Guiding children with positive strategies • Always scanning the classroom to make sure that each child is safe. *Chinese teachers will always be assisted with the foreign teacher in the morning.
