Job responsibilities
•Conducts shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known•Supervise front office operations during assigned shift including:Maintenance of guest informationMaintenance of information about local eventsCompile occupancy statisticsSupervise the use of the public address systemSupervise group bookingsAssisting with serious complaintsSupervise cashiering activities during shift including: Cash handling and banking procedureDealing with irregular paymentsInstructing staff in credit policies and facilitiesInstructing staff in cash security proceduresCarry out debtor controlPrepare reportsSupervise the cashiering system•Supervise lounge F&B and business activities during shift including:Prepare the work flow at club loungeBe acquainted with the brand source and standard of wine and control the receiving, storing and sellingControl the beverage quantity, decrease the cost if necessary.Ensure all materials, equipment and machinery are properly used and regularly cleaned, in order to prolong usage. Ensure all fixtures and operating equipment is in good working conditionTo be aware of and applies the procedures concerning the hotel fire and life safety / emergency procedures.Checks guest satisfaction and attend to guest requests or inquiries regarding club lounge servicesEnsure good general appearance and maintenance of club lounge.Ensure adequate of supplies, materials, and requisition for general supplies•Establishes effective employee relations and maintain the highest level of professionalism, ethic and attitude towards all hotel guests, clients, heads of department and employees.
Job requirements
Bachelor's degree.Have hotel working experience. Can speak a little basic Chinese.
