Formulate measures： ① Determine the plan according to the demand; ②According to the maintenance standards, organize the formulation of maintenance plans and put forward the requirements of maintenance contracts; ③Participate in energy review based on energy goals; To achieve energy goals by means of equipment and new technology introduction and transformation; ④ According to relevant schemes, design low energy consumption transformation, construction schemes, etc.; Itemize the list of specific projects; 1. Implement： ①Determine bidding requirements, support technical questions and bid opening review, participate in contract negotiation, energy saving evaluation and implementation; ②Monitor and coordinate the construction process; ③Standardization formulation and implementation supervision; 1. Project acceptance： ①Acceptance and debugging; ②Train and mentor team members.

Qualifications： 1.2 to 5 years of similar work experience; 2.Knowledge of air compressor system, electrical theory, HVAC, architectural design and material structure; 3.Theoretical knowledge of energy conservation and emission reduction, power transformation and distribution, and construction engineering; 4.knowledge of HVAC, electrical, water supply, construction technology and specifications; 5.Ability to negotiate with suppliers and communicate with government departments; 6.Good English communication skills.
