Coordinate production schedules, arrange production tasks, and supervise and control the production process to ensure product quality. 3. Establish and maintain production processes and standards on the production line to ensure efficiency and product quality. 4. Oversee the development and implementation of cost control plans for the production line, ensuring that production costs are kept within budget. 5. Provide regular reports on the operation of the production line, and evaluate and optimize the efficiency and profitability of the production line.

1. Over ten years of experience in manufacturing, with local production line management experience in Thailand preferred. 2. Possess good communication skills and a strong spirit of teamwork, able to effectively communicate with the company management. 3. Demonstrate strong stress resilience and problem-solving abilities, able to remain objective and calm when facing difficulties and resolve issues.
