Key Responsibilities Financial Strategy and Plan Formulation Formulate annual and mid- to long-term financial strategies and plans in accordance with the company's strategic objectives and business development. Supervise and evaluate the implementation of financial plans to ensure the smooth running of financial work. Financial Statement Preparation and Analysis Responsible for the preparation of the company's financial statements, including balance sheet, income statement and cash flow statement. Perform in-depth analysis of financial statements to reveal the company's financial position, operating results and cash flow. Provide professional financial analysis reports to provide decision-making support for the company's senior management. Budget Management Organize the preparation of the company's annual budget and monitor the budget implementation. Analyze budget differences, propose improvement measures and promote implementation. Optimize the budget process to improve the efficiency and accuracy of budget management. Funds Management Responsible for fund raising, scheduling and management of the company. Formulate and implement capital plan to ensure the liquidity and safety of the company's capital. Monitor the utilization of funds, reduce the cost of funds and improve the efficiency of funds utilization. Tax Planning and Compliance Research national tax policies, carry out tax planning and reduce the company's tax burden. Responsible for the company's tax declaration, payment and audit. Ensure the compliance of the company's tax work and avoid tax risks. Internal Control and Risk Management Establish and improve the company's internal control system to ensure the compliance and accuracy of financial work. Identify and assess the financial risks faced by the company, propose risk response strategies and follow up the implementation effect. Supervise the implementation of the company's internal control system to improve the standardization and safety of financial work.

Job Requirements - Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Taxation and qualified accountants; - At least 3 years working experiences in finance line; - Good English speaking, reading and writing; - Excellent computer skills (word, excel, email); - Ability to undertake responsibilities and be autonomous, ready to have diversified working tasks / multi-task functions; - Familiar with Chinese financial policies and related laws & regulations.
