Job responsibilities
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Foreign English Teacher to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching English language skills to students of various age groups and proficiency levels. The teacher will create an engaging learning environment that fosters student interest and success in English.
Job Requirements
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective lesson plans that fulfill the curriculum requirements and meet the needs of all students.
Teach English language skills including speaking, reading, writing, and listening.
Utilize diverse instructional strategies to engage students in active learning.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and additional support where necessary.
Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning atmosphere.
Organize and participate in extracurricular activities, such as English clubs, competitions, and cultural exchange programs.
Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about student progress and areas for improvement.
Stay updated with the latest teaching methods and educational tools.
Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the overall educational experience.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent certification.
Native or near-native proficiency in English.
Previous teaching experience is highly desirable.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to adapt to different cultural contexts and student needs.
Enthusiastic, patient, and creative approach to teaching.
Legal eligibility to work in [Country].
