Job responsibilities
1, market research and analysis: responsible for collecting and analyzing international market information for the company's market strategy and product positioning data support.
2, customer development and maintenance: Through the exhibition, network platform, social media, email, telephone and other channels to actively find and develop new customers, establish and maintain good customer relations.
3, product promotion and sales: according to the company's product characteristics, develop and implement the marketing plan, facilitate the signing of orders, deal with daily customer e-mail, do a good job of product information editing or quotation, tracking the progress of orders, ensure timely delivery and collection.
4, order processing and follow-up: responsible for receiving customer orders, confirm order details (such as quantity, specifications, price, delivery date, etc.) , deal with order changes and unusual circumstances.
5.International Trade Operation: familiar with international trade procedures, international trade terms, international settlement methods and foreign trade laws and regulations, to ensure that trade procedures in line with international norms, reduce trade risks.
6.Continuous learning and self-improvement: pay attention to industry trends, learn new knowledge and skills of foreign trade, constantly improve their business ability and professional quality. Participate in industry conferences, seminars and other activities, expand network resources, enhance market competitiveness.
7, complete other work assigned by the superior: according to the requirements of the department or company, efficiently complete other related tasks assigned by the superior.
Job Requirements
1.College degree or above, no limit on working years, can adapt to foreign assignment and business trip in Vietnam ；
2. Extroverted, quick response, strong communication and communication skills, team cooperation and enterprise spirit;
3. Good communication skills in Vietnamese, including oral and written translation, if good .
