Job responsibilities
I. Market Analysis and Development
Market Research: Understand the dynamics, trends, competitive landscape, and market demands of the global forklift market in different countries and regions to provide a basis for formulating sales strategies.
Target Customer Positioning: Based on market research results, identify target customer groups, including potential and existing customers, and analyze their needs and preferences.
Market Development: Actively explore new markets, expand sales channels, seek new partners and customers, and broaden the sales scope.
II. Customer Relationship Management
Customer Acquisition: Proactively seek and contact potential customers, introduce company products and services, and establish initial contact.
Customer Maintenance: Maintain close contact with existing customers, conduct regular follow-ups, understand changes in customer needs, provide necessary support and assistance, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Account Management: For important key accounts, establish a dedicated customer relationship management system, provide personalized services, and ensure the stability of long-term cooperative relationships.
III. Sales and Negotiation
Product Introduction: Provide detailed information to customers about the characteristics, performance, pricing, and other aspects of the company's forklift products, and answer customer questions.
Quotation and Negotiation: Based on customer needs and market pricing, provide reasonable quotations and negotiate with customers on terms such as price, delivery time, and payment methods.
Contract Signing: After reaching an agreement with the customer, sign a sales contract to clarify the rights and obligations of both parties.
IV. Sales Execution and Tracking
Order Processing: Handle customer orders according to the sales contract, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of order information.
Production Coordination: Work closely with sales, production, and other departments to ensure that orders are completed on time, with quality, and in the required quantities.
Delivery and Logistics: Arrange for the transportation and delivery of products to ensure that they are safely and timely delivered to customers.
Payment Collection: Track payment collection to ensure timely cash flow and reduce the company's financial risks.
IV. Sales Execution and Tracking

Job Requirements
I. Education Background and Professional Knowledge
Education Requirements: College degree or above, majors in Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related fields are preferred.
Professional Knowledge: Familiar with the forklift industry, including the performance, characteristics, application areas, and market trends of various types of forklifts (such as electric forklifts, internal combustion forklifts, warehouse forklifts, etc.).
II. Work Experience and Competency Requirements
Work Experience: Experience in forklift sales or related industry sales is preferred, but outstanding recent graduates will also be considered.
Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills and negotiation techniques, able to establish and maintain good relationships with customers.
Market Analysis: Have keen market insight, able to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor dynamics.
Problem-Solving Ability: Capable of independently handling customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales issues, providing satisfactory solutions.
Teamwork: Good teamwork spirit, able to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to accomplish tasks together.
Stress Resistance: Able to withstand sales pressure and work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
III. Skill Requirements
Sales Techniques: Proficient in sales techniques and methods, such as customer needs analysis, product demonstrations, quotation negotiations, etc.
Business Etiquette: Understand and abide by business etiquette norms, presenting a professional image.
Technical Knowledge: Possess a certain level of technical knowledge about forklifts, able to answer customer questions about product performance, operation, etc.
Office Software: Skilled in using Office and other office software for data analysis and report writing.
IV. Personal Qualities and Attitudes
Integrity: Uphold principles of integrity, maintain a high level of honesty towards customers and the company.
Initiative: Have a proactive work attitude, able to self-motivate and continuously seek new sales opportunities.
Responsibility: Take work seriously, able to complete sales tasks on time and achieve goals.
Continuous Learning: Maintain enthusiasm for learning new knowledge and skills, continuously improving professional competence.
V. Other Requirements
Language Skills: Fluent in Mandarin and possess a certain level of English proficiency, able to communicate basically with international customers.
Travel Requirements: Able to accept a certain frequency of travel arrangements based on work needs.
Driver's License: Hold a valid motor vehicle driver's license and be able to drive proficiently.
